Collin was so helpful when we were unsure what was wrong with our car. I received a breakdown of repairs that were necessary now and ones that could wait. Very reasonable priced. He was pleasant and answered any questions. I will definitely be returning!!

Horrible service. Wouldn’t recommend. They tried to diagnose a problem with our convertible top that would not open . Guy called and said what that cost and then said we would need a relay. Car sat there after approval to replace relay for a month . Called and they said they were waiting for a bay to open. Couple days later we get a call to find out they could even get to the relay because the roof wouldn’t open . You would of thought that they would of figured that out on the first diagnostic. So they didn’t change the relay and at this point was feed up with the bounce around so I was picking car up . Come to find out they were charging me for the service anyways . Crooks in my eyes. Once they got the part and found out they couldn’t do the work that they should’ve known from the beginning, they should of called . But no they say they did another diagnostic and that’s what the charge was but it should be another diagnostic charge not the relay replacement that they didn’t do. So left paying for a diagnostic and a relay replacement that wasn’t done Wouldn’t recommend unless you want to waste time and money. Thats the service I got .

I had taken my daughter’s XC60 to them because the body shop said they couldn’t read a Volvo Diagnostics. It was involved in a small accident front driver wheel damage. After words I reported to my insurance what was needed. A wheel bearing, axel, wheel sensor and a whole list of other stuff that was needed on the vehicle. The insurance would not pay for a factory cv axel so I payed for that part. After they were done I payed $660 for the part. The extra work that was needed I did myself saving $740 from their price. Abs light came back on right away. They would order another sensor. Took vehicle back, sensor would not calibrate. Ordered another type of sensor said that would take care of it. Took back again, after five days at the shop they had changed out wheel bearing and sensor under warranty. Said I needed a tie rod link replaced. Funny the car passed inspection with all their photographs just two weeks prior. Got that done. Week later and light on again. Made appointment. Found that the front brake rotor was scuffing like pad had gone metal to metal. Pads were good caliper was rubbing the brake housing. Took it back they said I needed a wheel unit and that’s why the abs ligh

Absolutely the best people to work with hands down! I got in my first car accident and knew it was going to be torture going through the insurance and repair companies. Carlos and Denise made it a breeze! They handled the insurance and all the repairs, they communicated with me through the entire process, and were so generous and helpful. I dropped my car off on Monday and got it back that Friday. They are definitely going to be my go to for anything from now on.
